PRIVACY POLICY

Use of Images and Your Privacy

Following the implementation of new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , every client has the right to know where their photographs get used and how they get used.  They also have a right to know where they are stored, for how long and what happens to them after they are transferred to you.

Your Wedding/Event/Photoshoot

Photographs are captured on two cameras using SD Memory Cards and are backed up to an external hard drive and on my One Drive cloud storage at the end of the wedding day/ Photoshoot/ Event for security.  By doing this it ensures that they are super secure in the unlikely event that anything should happen to my laptop, cameras or memory cards.

Social Media

To enable my business to grow I do need to have an online presence which is achieved with the use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc.

I currently use the following:

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility and/or the responsibility of your guests to come and speak to the photographer prior to the wedding/event/photoshoot to inform them of any circumstances in which a person cannot have their photograph taken in instances such as:

Foster/ Adoption or looked after children

Witness Protection
